We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without any prior notice to you and will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Service. The revised Policy will be effective 180 days from when the revised Policy is posted in the Service and your continued access or use of the Service after such time will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Photo Library Access: Our Android and iOS apps allow you to create projects and upload images for profile pictures. Therefore, we will only access your photo library with your explicit consent, and we will not use it for any other purpose than to allow you to attach images to your projects and Profile. We do not collect, store, or share any of your photo library information with third parties. When you choose to attach an image to a project and profile, we will ask for your permission to access your photo library. If you grant permission, we will only access the photo(s) that you have selected for the purpose of attaching them to your profile and project. We will not access any other photos in your library, and we will not share the photos with third parties. If you no longer want us to access your photo library, you can revoke our access by adjusting your device settings. However, please note that this will disable the ability to attach images to your profile and project .
If you upload or share content; we collect: Monologue videos you upload, Scripts and project details you provide and engagements (Follow, Comments, likes, and messages).
We automatically collect certain technical data, including:
Device details (model, OS version, unique identifiers), IP address, App activity logs (features used, time spent on the app) and Crash reports and performance logs
We may use cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies to enhance your experience and improve app performance.
We collect and use your data for the following purposes:
To create and manage your account,to enable monologue recording and submission, to connect actors and producers for project (recommendations, saved preferences), to ensure security and prevent fraud, to comply with legal obligations and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3.1 Third-Party Services We Use
To provide our services, we may share data with: Cloud storage providers (for storing videos and files) and analytics tools (to track app performance and usage)
These third parties must comply with data protection laws.
3.2 Sharing with Producers & Scriptwriters
Actors' monologues are shared with producers for project consideration.and producers only access monologues submitted to their projects.
We may share data if required by law enforcement agencies when required to protect and defend our legal rights, protect the safety and security of users of our Services, prevent fraud, comply with the law, respond to legal process, or a request for cooperation by a government entity.
3.4 With Your Consent
We also may share or disclose your information with your consent or at your direction.
4. Security
We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and secure storage to protect user data. However, no online activity is ever fully secure or error-free. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information is absolutely secure. Please recognize that protecting your Personal Information is also your responsibility. Change your passwords often and use a combination of letters and numbers. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with the app is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account might have been compromised), or if you suspect someone else is using your account, please let us know immediately by contacting us as indicated in the Contact Us section below.
We will retain your personal information with us for 30 days after users terminate their account or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.
6. User-Generated Content and Safety
We take the safety of our users seriously. Our app allows user-generated content, and we actively monitor and moderate submissions to ensure compliance with Google Play’s policies and international laws. Sharing or uploading illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
We use automated tools and human moderators to detect and prevent the sharing of harmful content. Users can report inappropriate material via in-app reporting system/email.
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate fully with law enforcement when necessary.
OneTake is not intended for children under 13, and we do not intentionally gather personal information from minors under this age. Should you be a parent or guardian of a minor under the age of 13 and suspect that he or she has provided personally identifiable information to us, we kindly request that you reach out to us at support@pledre.com. A parent or guardian of a minor under the age of 13 is entitled to review and request the removal of the minor’s personal information.
