OneStep FlowManage (“the App”) helps business owners manage and track orders and coordinate work with employees (including drivers). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Account information: name, email, phone number (if provided), and login identifiers.
Business data you enter: projects, orders, products, customer notes, delivery status, and operational records.
Photos (optional): if you upload photos to orders or profiles.
Device & usage data (limited): basic diagnostics to improve stability and performance.

To create and manage accounts and access roles (owner/employee).
To enable order tracking and workflow updates between owners and employees.
To generate statistics and reports (e.g., most requested products, cities, and order trends).
To send service notifications related to orders and account activity.

Data is shared only within your business workspace (project owner and authorized employees) based on permissions.
We do not sell personal data.
We may use trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, notifications) to operate the App.
Permissions
Camera/Photos: used only when you choose to upload images.
Calendar (optional): used only if you choose to add reminders/events to your calendar.
Data retention
We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including access controls and secure connections.
