Mission

One Scene CC empowers underrepresented creatives to create, one scene at a time.

Vision

Our vision is to be New York’s most coveted film-making community; to build a place where filmmakers come to develop their craft through the process of shooting one scene a month.

Who do we help?

• We help up-and-coming and underrepresented filmmakers.

• Willing to help others provide proof of concept shorts/shots for a well planned scene.

How do we help them?

• We provide weekly meetings to ensure goals and issues are addressed for each project.

• Help to develop understanding, knowledge, and learning processes of professional standards to the film industry.

• Allow full creative control at their respective positions.

• Provide support to all to understand their roles at an intimate level.

• Allow all practical hands-on experience.

When / how often do we help them?

• We offer monthly scenes for all levels of filmmakers, cast, and crew to continue to develop their skill.

• Currently each project lasts 3 weeks.
