One Scanner PDF is an offline-first application. All document scanning, OCR text extraction, and PDF generation are performed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal documents, scanned images, or extracted text to any external servers.
To provide our services, the app requires the following permissions:
CAMERA: Used solely to capture images of your documents for scanning.
STORAGE: Used to save your generated PDF files and optimized images to your device's local memory.
Our app does not share your data with third parties. Any processing features are powered by on-device logic or secure Google ML Kit integration that adheres to Google's strict privacy standards.
You have full control over your data. You can delete any scanned document or generated QR code within the app at any time, which permanently removes it from your local storage.
