To provide core functionality—such as real-time tracking of your phone and family members’ devices—we collect your location data. We use both GPS (fine location) and network-based (coarse location) sources.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: This allows the app to access your precise location using GPS and Wi-Fi data. This is essential for real-time tracking and generating accurate location updates for your family circle.
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Used as a backup to obtain approximate location when precise GPS data is unavailable. It improves location accuracy indoors or under poor satellite signal conditions.
We use this data to show your location on the map, enable SOS and alert features, provide driving or walking directions, and to let your family members know your current whereabouts if you choose to share it with them. This data is not sold to third parties and is only shared with users you authorize through the app.
INTERNET: This permission is required to enable the app to communicate with our servers, transmit location data, synchronize devices, and perform all cloud-based functions such as storing preferences, sharing data between family members, and delivering notifications.
Without this permission, the app cannot function as intended since features like real-time tracking and messaging depend on internet connectivity.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: This allows us to send you important alerts including location sharing updates, low battery alerts of connected family devices, geofence alerts, and SOS notifications. Notifications are a vital part of the app’s safety and monitoring system.
READ_CONTACTS: This permission enables you to invite people from your contact list to join your family group within the app. We do not store or upload your entire contact list. Access is used solely to help you select people you already know and trust.
CAMERA: Used to scan QR codes during account setup or to upload a profile picture for identification within family groups. We do not use the camera for any background or hidden recording, nor do we store or access any media without your consent.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM: This allows us to schedule exact location updates or reminders (e.g., checking in at specific times). It is especially useful for features like scheduled location sharing or automated alerts.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Ensures that the app can restart scheduled alarms or background location tracking after your device reboots, maintaining continuity of important safety features.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION, and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: These permissions enable the app to run essential location services in the foreground while your device is in use or idle. This allows continuous location tracking and ensures the service isn’t abruptly stopped by the Android operating system, especially during long trips or extended monitoring.
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: This permission allows the app to request that Android ignore battery optimization restrictions. This is crucial to ensure that background services like location sharing and alerts function reliably without being killed by the system’s battery-saving features.
ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY: This is used to optionally manage Do Not Disturb (DND) settings, such as when the app automatically activates silent mode during driving to prevent distractions or during specific family safety scenarios.
We use your data strictly for providing the functionality of the App. This includes:
Real-time and historical location tracking of your device and family members.
Enabling SOS and panic features to alert others in emergency situations.
Sending alerts and notifications related to your and your family’s safety.

We do not use your data for advertising or third-party profiling. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your location and contact data are only visible to family members you invite or explicitly connect with in the app. In certain cases, we may share anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes, but this data cannot be used to identify any individual user.

If you subscribe, you can cancel anytime from your Google Play account settings.
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, no further charges will be made.
