Overview

한줄 가계부 is a personal ledger app for recording income, expenses, budgets, categories, recurring payments, detail items, and optional receipt images.

This app is designed to work without account registration and does not operate a separate server for collecting user ledger data.

Information Stored by the App

The app may store the following information on the user's device:

- Ledger records entered by the user, such as item names, amounts, dates, and categories

- Monthly budget settings

- Recurring payment settings

- Custom categories

- Category learning keywords

- Detail items entered inside a ledger record

- Optional receipt images selected by the user

This information is stored locally on the user's device using app storage. Receipt images selected by the user are copied to local app storage and linked to the related ledger record.

Data Collection

The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal ledger data with an external server operated by us.

Photos and Media Access

The app may request access to the user's photo library only when the user chooses to attach a receipt image to a ledger record.

The selected image is used only for the receipt attachment feature and is stored locally on the user's device. The app does not upload receipt images to an external server.

Backup and Import

The app provides backup export and import features. When the user chooses to export a backup file, the file is created from the ledger data stored on the device. The user controls where the file is saved or shared.

When the user imports a backup file, the selected file is read to restore ledger records inside the app.

Receipt image files may not be included in basic text backup files unless a future version provides a separate image backup feature.

Third-Party Services

The app is built with Expo and React Native. Store installation and crash behavior may be handled by the app store or operating system according to their own policies.

The app itself does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, account login, or payment processing.

Data Deletion

Users can delete individual ledger records in the app. Users can also use the factory reset feature to remove locally stored app data from the device.

Uninstalling the app may also remove locally stored app data, depending on the device and operating system behavior.

Children's Privacy

This app is intended for general personal finance record keeping and is not specifically directed to children.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when app features change. Updated versions will be reflected in the app listing or related policy page.
