Information We Collect
We collect employee-related personal information provided by you or your employer, including full name, employee ID, job title, department, official contact details, and emergency contact information.
We also collect work-related data such as salary details, bank account information, tax declarations, compensation history, attendance records (check-in and check-out times), leave details, overtime calculations, and work schedules.
The App stores login credentials (user ID and password) in encrypted form for authentication purposes only.
The App records user actions such as approvals or rejections of leave requests, attendance corrections, expense claims, task updates, and timesheet submissions.
The App may allow users to upload or access files that are selected within the app (such as invoices, documents, reports, and attachments) strictly for HR-related workflows.
Important: The App does not access all files on the device and does not scan, read, or modify unrelated personal files.
The App does not use camera, microphone, contacts, or media access.
The App only accesses storage for the following purposes:
Uploading files selected by the user within the App
Downloading and saving HR-related documents
Managing attachments related to HR processes (such as payslips, reports, or claims)
The App does not require “All Files Access” (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) and does not access or manage general device storage.
We use collected data only for legitimate HR-related functions, including:
User authentication and secure login
Payroll processing and salary disbursement
Attendance tracking and overtime calculation
Leave and expense management
Approval workflow processing
Generating HR reports and maintaining records
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
Passwords are securely hashed and encrypted
Data transmission is protected using TLS/SSL encryption
Role-based access control ensures users can only view authorized data
Session timeout is enforced for security
Employers may remotely log out users when required
We do not sell or trade your personal data.
We may share data only in the following cases:
With your employer, who is the data controller of all employee information
With trusted service providers (cloud hosting, payroll systems) under strict confidentiality agreements
When required by law, regulation, or legal request
We retain employee data only while employment is active.
After employment ends, data is retained as required by applicable labor and tax laws (typically 3–7 years).
Audit logs such as approvals/rejections may be retained for 1–3 years.
You should not share your login credentials with anyone
You may request your data from your HR department
You may contact HR for corrections to any records
Storage access is optional and only used for uploading or downloading HR-related documents inside the App
This App is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is found, it will be deleted immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be communicated through the App or by your employer.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
