Registration & Accommodation Fees

The registration fees include:

• Full access to all conference sessions. 

• 5 coffee breaks and 2 lunches. 

• 2 nights of accommodation (October 28th and 29th) in a shared double room at the 5-star hotel hosting the conference. 

1. Tunisian Participants (Residing in Tunisia) 

For participants affiliated with Tunisian universities or other national institutions, payment must be made via an official payment order (Bon de commande) issued by their institution to the "Association de l'Université de Sousse". 

Registration Fee :

• For Senior Researchers / Professionals = 650 TND

• For Students (PhD & Post-Doc) = 600 TND

Options & Supplements: 

          Single Room Supplement: +65 TND / night 

               Accompanying Person: +180 TND / night (includes accommodation) 

2. African Participants (Outside Tunisia) 

   For participants from other African countries, payment can be made on-site (in cash) upon arrival or via bank transfer to the "Association de l'Université de Sousse" (IBAN :TN59 04 504 0114044002352 15  Code Bic:BSTUTNTT  ). 

Registration Fee :

• For Senior Researchers / Professionals = 230 EUR

• For Students (PhD & Post-Doc) = 200 EURO

Options & Supplements: 

          Single Room Supplement: +25 EURO / night 

               Accompanying Person: +65 EUR / night (includes accommodation) 

Important Notes for Registration

• Payment Confirmation: If paying via bank transfer or payment order, please upload a copy of your receipt/document during the online registration process or send it to the organizing committee.

• On-Site Payment: Available only for international North African participants.
