Enova operates the OneEnova mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Location Information
Our App collects precise (GPS) location data, including when the App is running in the background or is closed, using background location tracking technology.
We collect this data for:
Location Check-In (one time location sharing)
Live Location Sharing (during shift, records Check-Ins every 5 minutes, with expiry set up to 8 hours max)
This location data is:
Collected continuously while background tracking is enabled (not only while actively using the App)
Stored on our servers for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
You can disable location access at any time via your location settings (Dashboard > Location > Disable). Disabling this disable features such as live or current location tracking.

We use the collected data to:
To track shifts and current location
Communicate with you (support, updates, notifications)
We do not sell your personal data.
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Location data is retained for maximum 30 days.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your shared location data
Withdraw consent for location tracking at any time (via location settings)
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy here or in-app notification, with an updated date.
