OneDot is designed to function entirely offline and locally on your device. We do not have servers, tracking analytics, or third-party advertising SDKs that harvest user data.

Any settings or customizations you make (such as dot styles, colors, and layout preferences) are stored locally on your device using Android's shared preferences/DataStore. This data never leaves your device.

### 1.2 Background Images

If you choose to set a custom background image, the app accesses that specific file locally on your device to display it. We do not upload or transmit your photos anywhere.

## 2. Permissions

To function correctly, OneDot requires specific permissions:

*   **SET_WALLPAPER**: Required to set the live wallpaper on your home/lock screen.

*   **READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES** (Optional): Required only if you choose to select a custom background image from your gallery.

*   **FOREGROUND_SERVICE** (if applicable): Used strictly to keep the live wallpaper service running smoothly.

## 3. Third-Party Services

OneDot does not use any third-party services for analytics, advertising, or data processing.

## 4. Children’s Privacy

Since we do not collect any personal information, our app is safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13.
