We offer training & fitness programs for all fitness and skill levels. (Full class schedule and times are available via our timetable)

Join our Junior Beginners Boxing Class! This class caters for school-age students and those new to boxing. It prioritises fitness over contact.
They will build confidence, coordination and boost their fitness whilst learning the fundamental skills of boxing. This class sets young members on the right path for the sport of boxing and life in general.
Class is suited for ages 8-12yrs old
The Advance Junior Class caters for primary school-age students. These classes are a step up from our Junior Beginner's class but still caters for all abilities. This class will boost fitness and strength whilst developing fundamental skills of boxing.
Advance Junior members start to apply skills through partner work. These classes also provide the opportunity for sparring and competing at boxing tournaments throughout the year.
This class is suited for kids aged 10-14 years old.
The Teens Boxing Class caters for high school aged students 14-17yrs. This class will boost fitness and strength whilst developing fundamental skills of boxing.
Our Fitness Class is for our members aged 14yrs+. Focusing more on fitness and full body workouts more than boxing techniques
The Adult Boxing Class cater for 18 years and above - male and female. Our classes are designed to accommodate individuals of all skill levels, from those aspiring to engage in competitive boxing to those simply seeking the ultimate full-body workout offered by authentic boxing training.
Qualified and experienced coaches will train you in the sweet science of boxing where you will discover the best version of you!
The Women's Class is a supportive group of women 14yrs+ looking to workout in a fun, encouraging environment with other women.

Tailored for all ages and abilities, this specialty class combines dynamic fitness and strength training to help you become the best version of yourself. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6AM - 7AM.
Morning class on Wednesday mornings is Fitness & Flow. This session has 30 minutes of boxing to burn off some energy and release some stress, then slowing it down with 30 minutes of stretching and yoga practises.
