WHAT DO I GET WITH MY FREE WEEK OF TRAINING?
You get access to every strength and conditioning class on the schedule
You get access to certified, professional coaches during every class
WILL THIS BE A GOOD FIT FOR ME IF I HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE?
Absolutely! All of our workouts are "go at your own pace". Coaches lead each class to help you every step of the way.
If you have never trained with weights, our professional, certified and knowledgeable coaches will help you with perfect technique and form, so you can avoid injury and get everything you can out of the workout.
If you are scared of cardio class, don't be. Going at your own pace is highly encouraged. We want training to be fun for everybody. If there is something you can't do, skip it. You'll get better and stronger as you go.
DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO ANYTHING BEFORE I START MY WEEK OF TRAINING?
No! This week is completely on us! Once your free week of training is complete, we can give you information on our membership rates, but ONLY at your request. We would love to have you join our team, but if you choose not to, we are just thankful you gave us a chance.
Below is a list of our classes. Choose the class or classes you would like to attend. We ask that you arrive before class approximately ten minutes early to fill out our waiver. Be sure to fill your information out below the class schedule and a Coach will be in brief contact with you to answer any other questions you may have.
