By downloading or using One Rep Max Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
The App is a logging and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, health or professional training advice.
Estimated one-rep max (1RM) values are calculated with the Epley formula and are estimates only. They are not a recommendation to attempt any weight.
Strength training carries a risk of injury. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program, and use proper technique, warm-ups and a spotter where appropriate.
You train at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your decisions about exercises, weights and intensity.
All data you enter is stored only on your device. You are responsible for it, including keeping any copies you want (for example, via CSV export). We cannot recover data that is lost, deleted, or erased by uninstalling the App or using "Delete all local data".
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, accuracy of calculations, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your name or company name] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss of data, or other loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update, change or discontinue the App at any time. Updates may be required to keep using the App.
Your download and use of the App through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's terms. Google is not responsible for the App or its content.
We may revise these Terms. The updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country or state], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
