Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item with the following details:

A clear description of the issue
Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Refunds are only offered if:
The product arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The item significantly differs from the product description
Steps for Requesting a Refund:
Contact Us: Email us at oneofakindgifts.shop2024@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.
Evaluation: Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Refund Process: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement at no extra cost. Please follow the steps above for submitting a claim. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
Products with minor differences in color or size due to screen resolution or printing processes.
Buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection of size, color, or design after the order has been placed.
Any item that has been used, washed, or altered in any way after receipt.
Since our products are custom-made upon order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production begins, and we are unable to cancel or modify the order. If you need to cancel an order within this timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
