As a contact center, we attain our clients' terms in any outsourcing tasks which includes;
· reaching the required phone/chat hours in any campaign (voiced/non voiced/admin);
· pass the client's expectations on daily, weekly and or monthly KPI targets;
· acquire clients trainings;
· attend any scheduled meetings and calibrations in aim to improve our quality of service to our clients' customers.
