To access your account, use your desktop browser to log in on the Onchain Login page. Then, accept the push notice or prompt that is given to your mobile device. For this process to function, your phone must have the Onchain app loaded and logged in.

Mobile App Access: Logging straight into the mobile app, which doesn't require web-to-mobile authentication, is the simplest way to access your funds.
Forgot Password: To reset your login information, go to the Forgot Password page.
Onchain 2FA troubles: Click "Having problems with the code?" if you are experiencing issues with 2FA. Choose "Recover by Email" when the 2FA prompt appears.
