Terms of Service

Welcome to Once Upon a Party Ks ! By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before confirming your event.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of [30%] is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event.

We accept payments via : Cash, Card, Venmo.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 15 days before the event.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled event within 15 days of the original date.

Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 weeks) may be subject to additional fees.

3. Event Conditions

Client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and suitable space for the event.

If an outdoor event is planned, a backup indoor location must be available in case of bad weather.

We reserve the right to cancel or end services early if conditions are unsafe for performers or guests.

4. Client Responsibilities

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Client is responsible for any damage caused to costumes, supplies, or equipment due to misuse or lack of supervision.

Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special accommodations at the time of booking.

5. Photography & Social Media

Once Upon a Party may take photos during events for promotional purposes.

If you do not want photos shared, please let us know in writing before your event.

6. Limitation of Liability

Once Upon a Party is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that occur during or after the event.

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, etc.), but we will do our best to reschedule.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or by request.
