The following terms of use ("Agreement") govern your use of the mobile gaming application "Onazoo Lost Treasure Cube Blast" ("the Game") developed by Onazoo Games ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Game.

1. License and Ownership

The Game is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use. Developer retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, copyrights, or other proprietary materials related to the Game.

2. User Eligibility

You must be of legal age or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent to use the Game. By using the Game, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and agree to comply with this Agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features or functionalities of the Game, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and promptly update any changes. The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or engage in any unauthorized activities.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game in a responsible and lawful manner. You will not engage in any of the following activities:

a. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

b. Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.

c. Harassing, threatening, or harming other users.

d. Using cheats, exploits, or any unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage.

e. Circumventing or manipulating the Game's mechanics, security measures, or payment systems.

f. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Game or its servers.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases of virtual items, currencies, or other digital goods ("In-App Purchases"). By making an In-App Purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and abide by any additional terms and conditions imposed by the app store or payment provider. In-App Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws or at the Developer's discretion.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

The Game may contain various elements such as graphics, artwork, sound effects, music, text, and virtual items ("Content"). All Content in the Game is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of the Developer or its licensors. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Content without explicit permission from the Developer.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Game, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Game or its features. You acknowledge that the Game may contain bugs, errors, or other limitations, and your use of the Game is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. In no event shall the Developer's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Game.

10. Modifications and Termination

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice. The Developer may also update this Agreement from time to time, and your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Courts of the Republic of Korea, held in South Korea.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.

By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
