Onalaska Sports Foundation members and supporters, this letter provides donors with information they may need. You are welcome to use this letter when you seeking donations for our fundraisers. 

We are happy to accept donations of all kinds to support our local student athletes. If you wish to sponsor our program or donate an item to our fall auction, please fill this form out so we can accurately document your donation.
