How to Sign-Up – plus a few notes to help your volunteers:
Volunteer Sign-Up https://www.ashleyforthearts.com/volunteer/ and click “Sign Up Here”
All shifts for your organization are password protected – volunteers need to enter the password FIRST to see available shifts (see below for unique password to give volunteers).
Volunteers must select a volunteer organization from the drop down menu + enter the specific group to get credit for the shift
Keep in mind the drop down menu is going to be the school district/organization name, the specific group field should include the detail
For example, if you are volunteering for Arcadia Softball in the drop-down list you would choose Arcadia Public Schools and enter Softball in the specific group field
Only ONE volunteer name can be submitted at a time as the sign-up is unique to each volunteer (first name, last name, email, shirt size, etc.).
Each job has a short “job description” to help explain the job duties.
Be mindful that certain jobs require an age requirement– if this is required it will be noted in the job description or any other specific volunteer requirements.
