Applications to economics PhD programs are increasingly competitive, and the process can be especially challenging for those with limited access to current PhD students.
The Economics PhD Application Mentorship Program (AMP) brings together economics PhD students from LSE, Cambridge, Oxford, UCL, and Warwick to support applicants from underrepresented backgrounds. Each year, we match prospective applicants with current students who provide personalized guidance on preparing application packages and navigating the admissions process.
So far, we have mentored over 500 applicants and look forward to supporting many more.
