These Child Safety Standards apply to Family Location Tracker. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy. Family Location Tracker is a private family location-sharing app for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not a Designed for Families / kids app.
1. Commitment to Child Safety
CoreBeans is committed to protecting children and does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Family Location Tracker must not be used for activities that facilitate, promote, or encourage the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, including using live location, group membership, invitations, or any other feature of the app to harm or exploit a child.
2. Age and Family Use
Family Location Tracker is intended only for users aged 13 and older.
Do not:
• Create an account for a child under 13
• Invite a child under 13 with an invitation PIN
• Enable location sharing on a device used by a child under 13
• Use the app to find, follow, or monitor a child under 13
Users aged 13 to 17 should use the app only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Location shared in a group is visible to the group administrator and, if the administrator allows it, to other members.
This app is a location-sharing tool for trusted private groups. It is not an emergency service and must not be used to exploit, coerce, or endanger anyone, including minors.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited in connection with Family Location Tracker:
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation or abuse of children
• Grooming or sexual solicitation of children
• Sexualization of minors
• Sextortion involving children
• Trafficking or exploitation of children
• Using location sharing, group PINs, member lists, maps, history, or alerts to target, track, or exploit a child
• Any other conduct that facilitates or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation
Users must not upload, store, share, or circulate CSAM or any content that exploits children through this app, related support channels, or any service CoreBeans controls for this product.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material
CoreBeans has zero tolerance for CSAM and child sexual exploitation.
Family Location Tracker does not provide a public social feed. It still must not be used to access, save, share, distribute, or otherwise facilitate CSAM or content that exploits children.
Where CoreBeans becomes aware of prohibited child-safety content or activity within services under its control, we will take appropriate action under applicable laws, Google Play policies, and these standards. That may include removing content, disabling accounts, preserving relevant records, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Anyone who becomes aware of a potential child sexual abuse or exploitation concern related to Family Location Tracker can contact CoreBeans using the child-safety contact below.
Reports involving the safety of children will be treated seriously and reviewed as appropriate.

• Any account email, group name, or other details that help us review the report
• Do not send CSAM images or videos in the email. Describe the issue and we will advise next steps.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
6. Compliance With Applicable Laws
CoreBeans is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to child safety, child sexual abuse and exploitation, and child protection.
Where applicable law requires reporting to the appropriate authorities, CoreBeans will follow those reporting requirements.
Google Play Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) standards apply to this app. We will cooperate with lawful requests and Play policy reviews related to child safety.
7. Data and Child Safety
Location, names, and group membership are sensitive. For child safety:
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• Administrators and members must not add or track anyone under 13.
• Location is shared only inside the private group, according to administrator settings, not on a public map.
• Precise location is collected only while a member has started sharing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell personal information.
• Advertising in the free plan is not directed at children under 13.
• Account and data deletion requests can be sent to corebeanstech@gmail.com, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Enforcement
CoreBeans may take appropriate action when it becomes aware of activity that violates these Child Safety Standards, applicable laws, or Google Play policies. Actions may include warning the user, removing content, suspending or deleting accounts, ending group access, and reporting to law enforcement or other authorities where required.

10. Updates
