Privacy Policy for Omni-Agent Last Updated: February 24, 2026
1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the "Omni-Agent" Google Chrome Extension. Omni-Agent is a developer tool designed to assist with web debugging and automation using third-party AI APIs. We prioritize your privacy and ensure your data remains under your control.
2. Information We Collect and Process Omni-Agent does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our own servers. The extension processes the following data exclusively on your local device:
API Keys: Your third-party API keys (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) are saved securely in your browser's local storage.
Browser Context: When explicitly triggered by you (the user), the extension can read the current webpage's DOM, selected elements, network activity, and console logs.
Chat History: Your conversation logs with the AI agent are stored entirely locally in your browser storage.
3. How Your Data is Used, and Shared Omni-Agent operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
We do not collect telemetry or analytics data.
When you submit a prompt, the extension securely transmits your prompt and the explicit browser context you attached (DOM, Network, etc.) directly to the API provider you configured (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic) via a secure HTTPS connection.
Please refer to the respective privacy policies of the AI providers you choose to use regarding how they handle data sent via their APIs.
4. Data Retention and Deletion Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete your API keys, wipe your chat history, or uninstall the extension at any time to permanently remove all associated data from your machine.
5. Contact If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please contact @ qualifiedtt@gmail.com.
