Purpose
Purpose
The Omicron Delta Advisory Board (ODAB) provides guidance and support to undergraduate members of the Omicron Delta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Through mentorship, event programming assistance, professional development initiatives, and homecoming planning, ODAB aims to:
- Foster continuity within the chapter
- Enhance the transition of undergraduate members into the professional world and graduate chapters
- Empower young alumni to excel in their personal, academic, and professional endeavors
- Uphold the values of brotherhood, leadership, and service within the fraternity
