OMI ("the App") is a single-player card game developed by Square Root Games ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.
We respect your privacy. OMI is designed to work fully offline. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any personal information to play the game.
OMI stores gameplay data locally on your device using Android's built-in storage. This includes your game settings (language, sound, difficulty preferences), gameplay statistics (matches played, win rate, star ratings), unlocked characters and cosmetic themes, and purchase status. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. If you uninstall the App, this data is deleted.
OMI uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect certain data as described in their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob — We display optional rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and general usage data to serve relevant ads. You choose when to watch an ad; ads are never forced. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Play Billing — If you make an in-app purchase (premium subscription or lifetime unlock), Google Play processes the transaction. We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchase status is communicated to the App by Google Play to unlock features. See Google Play's terms at https://play.google.com/intl/en/about/play-terms/.
We do not collect your name or email address, your location, your contacts, photos, files, or any content from your device, your phone number, or any biometric data. We do not have user accounts. We do not have servers that store your data.
The local gameplay data stored on your device is used solely to save your game progress and preferences. We do not access, transmit, or analyse this data. Third-party services (AdMob, Google Play Billing) use their collected data according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
OMI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require any personal information to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through one of our third-party services, please contact us and we will take steps to address the issue.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with anyone. The only data sharing that occurs is through the third-party services described above (AdMob for advertising, Google Play for purchases), which operate under their own privacy policies.
Since gameplay data is stored locally on your device and we do not operate servers or databases, your data security is managed by your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
You can disable ads entirely by purchasing the premium upgrade. You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App. You can manage ad tracking preferences through your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
