Terms & Condition नियम व शर्तें 

1.   No additional charges will be applicable for the same plan on the upper floor.  But in case

       the plan of the upper floor is different, the same charges as above will. 

        ऊपरी मंजिल पर समान योजना के लिए कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू नहीं होगा। लेकिन अगर ऊपरी मंजिल की

        योजना अलग है, तो ऊपर का समान शुल्क लगेगा।

2.    In any plan, you will be given the facility of getting correction done twice. For more than

       two corrections, a separate fee will be charged. 

       किसी भी प्लॉन में आपको दो बार करेक्शन कराने की सुविधा दी जायेगी। दो से ज्यादा बार करेक्शन कराने पर

       अलग से शुल्क लिया जायेगा।  

Price Chart Complete Civil Work Single Story and Double Story File 

मूल्य चार्ट पूर्ण सिविल कार्य फ़ाइल

• The complete file of the entire civil work will be prepared at the rate of Rs.30 per square foot. In which the working plan, door window schedule, 3D elevation, 2D detail elevation, detail of all RCC reinforcement, electrical details, drainage, and all necessary drawings will be made. 

    पूरे सिविल वर्क की कम्पलीट फाइल 30 रूपये प्रति वर्ग फीट की दर से तैयार की जायेगी ।  जिसमें फाउंडेशन की डिटेल्स, वर्किंग प्लॉन, डोर विंडो शेडूल, 3 डी एलिवेशन, 2 डी डिटेल मेज़रमेंट एलिवेशन, सभी आर सी सी रेनफोर्स्मेंट की डिटेल्स, इलेक्ट्रिकल डिटेल्स, ड्रेनेज की डिटेल्स और सभी जरुरी ड्रॉइंग्स बनाकर दी जायेगी ।

1.  If someone wants more than one 3D elevation, then its fee will have to be paid separately.

    अगर कोई एक से ज्यादा थ्री डी एलिवेशन चाहता है तो उसकी फीस अलग से देनी होगी।

7. The site visit is not included in the file of Completed Civil Work.

     साइट का दौरा पूर्ण सिविल कार्य की फाइल में शामिल नहीं है।

8.  In case of more than two floors, RCC of all the floors The cost of the drawing will have to be

     paid by the customer separately. In which the work of RCC drawing of all the floors To done

     by the structural engineer.

     दो से अधिक मंजिलों के मामले में, सभी मंजिलों की आरसीसी ड्राइंग की लागत का भुगतान ग्राहक को अलग से करना

     होगा। जिसमें सभी मंजिलों की आरसीसी ड्राइंग का कार्य स्ट्रक्चरल इंजीनियर द्वारा किया जाना है।

9.  In such a case, you will not be charged for the extra floors of 3D Elevation.

      ऐसे मामले में, आपसे थ्री डी एलिवेशन की अतिरिक्त मंजिलों के लिए कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा।

10. Till now we have made 3D Elevation for customers in the range of Rs. 5000, and

      Rs.15000. Contact them personally to see them. For some reason, they have not been put

      online.

       हमारे द्वारा अभी तक 5000 रूपये और 15000 रूपये की रेंज तक के थ्री डी एलिवेशन ग्राहकों के लिए

11. In all plots above 400 yards, a lumpsum amount will be fixed for planning or landscape

      work.

      500 गज से ऊपर के सभी भूखंडों में प्लानिंग या लैंडस्केप के कार्य के लिए के लिए एक लमसम अमाउंट तय कर

      लिया जायेगा। 

Price chart land survey work ( मूल्य चार्ट भूमि सर्वेक्षण कार्य )

1.   Land surveying is 100% accurate by manual and machine. The amount payable will be

  1000/per bigha up to 4 bighas.

 भूमि सर्वेक्षण मैनुअल और मशीन द्वारा 100% सटीक। देय राशि 4 बीघा तक 1000 रूपये प्रति बीघा होगी।

2.   No matter how bigha the land is. The amount payable will remain one thousand rupees per

  bigha. but in this 30% discount will be given from 5 bighas to 20 bighas land. 

  जमीन कितनी भी बीघा क्यों न हो। देय राशि एक हजार रुपए प्रति बीघा ही रहेगी। लेकिन इसमें 5 बीघा से लेकर 20

  बीघा जमीन तक 30 प्रतिशत की छूट कर दी जाएगी।

3.   A 35% discount will be given from 21 bighas to 40 bighas land. 

  21 बीघा से 40 बीघा जमीन तक 35 प्रतिशत की छूट कर दी जाएगी।

4.   For land above 41 bighas, a 40% discount will be fixed, no matter what the land is. 

  41 बीघा से ऊपर की जमीन पर 40 प्रतिशत की छूट कर दी जाएगी, चाहे जमीन कितनी भी हो।

5.   If the survey, plotting, and demarcation of land are done together, then for one layout plan 

  of plotting, a fee of Rs 500 per bigha will be payable. For demarcation, the fee will be

  payable at the rate of Rs 500 per bigha in Ajmer local and Rs 600 per bigha for demarcation

  outside Ajmer. 

  यदि भूमि का सर्वे, प्लॉटिंग और सीमांकन एक साथ किया जाता है तो प्लॉटिंग के एक ले-आउट प्लान के लिए 500

  रुपये प्रति बीघा शुल्क देय होगा। सीमांकन के लिए अजमेर लोकल में 500 रुपये प्रति बीघा और अजमेर के बाहर

  सीमांकन के लिए 600 रुपये प्रति बीघा की दर से शुल्क देय होगा।

6.   If the land has been surveyed by someone else, in such a situation, a fee of Rs 500 per

  bigha will be payable for preparing one layout of plotting. For demarcation, the fee will be

  payable at the rate of Rs 500 per bigha in Ajmer local and Rs 600 per bigha for demarcation

  outside Ajmer. 

  यदि भूमि का सर्वेक्षण किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा किया गया है तो ऐसी स्थिति में प्लॉटिंग का एक लेआउट तैयार करने के

  लिए 500 रुपये प्रति बीघा शुल्क देय होगा। सीमांकन के लिए अजमेर लोकल में 500 रुपये प्रति बीघा और अजमेर के

  बाहर सीमांकन के लिए 600 रुपये प्रति बीघा की दर से शुल्क देय होगा।

7.   If the survey and plotting of land have been done by any other person, then the

  demarcation fee at the rate of Rs.800 per bigha in Ajmer local and Rs.1000 per bigha for

  demarcation outside Ajmer will be payable. In such a situation, even if the land is 2 bighas, 

  a minimum fee of Rs 3000 will be payable for demarcation outside Ajmer. 

  यदि भूमि का सर्वेक्षण एवं प्लॉटिंग किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा किया गया है तो अजमेर लोकल में 800 रुपये प्रति बीघा

  और अजमेर के बाहर सीमांकन के लिए 1000 रुपये प्रति बीघा की दर से सीमांकन शुल्क देय होगा। ऐसे में यदि जमीन

  2 बीघा है तो भी अजमेर के बाहर सीमांकन के लिए न्यूनतम 3000 रुपये शुल्क देय होगा।

8.   These price charts are for land survey work Ajmer local and only up to 150 km from Ajmer.

   If the survey work is done outside this limit, the fee will be payable according to the

   distance and convenience.

Terms & Condition नियम व शर्तें 

1.  The measurements brought by you should be clearly understood by me. 

      आपके द्वारा लाए गए माप हमारे द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से समझ में आने चाहिए।

2.  This rate will be applicable on plots up to 200 Sq.Yds. 

      यह दर 200 वर्ग गज तक के भूखंडों पर लागू होगी।

3.  Extra charges will be levied as the area increases. 

      क्षेत्र बढ़ने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगाया जाएगा।

4.  If a new registry site plan is to be prepared by taking the map out of the black copy of the

     old blueprint, then an additional fee will be charged. Because nothing is visible in such

     maps, due to which such maps take three times the time.

     यदि पुराने ब्लूप्रिंट की काली प्रति से नक्शा निकालकर नया रजिस्ट्री साइट प्लान तैयार करना है तो अतिरिक्त शुल्क

5.  50 to 100 years old existing multistory residential and commercial buildings are not

     included in this site plan rate.

Price Fixed for Ajmer work only ( सिर्फ अजमेर के कार्य के लिए निर्धारित मूल्य )

Terms & Condition नियम व शर्तें 

1.   This fee is payable for double-story buildings up to 400 yards. If there is a large property,

      after seeing the property, the minimum fee will be told. 

      यह शुल्क 400 गज तक की दो मंजिला इमारतों के लिए देय है। अगर कोई बड़ी संपत्ति है तो संपत्ति को देखने के बाद

      न्यूनतम शुल्क बताया जाएगा।

2.   If there is not much change in the buildings above two stories, then it will be done in the

  same fee. But if the upper floors have alterations or typical designs, they will be charged

  extra. 

  अगर दो मंजिल से ऊपर के भवनों में ज्यादा बदलाव नहीं होता है तो इतनी ही फीस में किया जाएगा। लेकिन अगर

3.   Rs.2,999 fee for giving foundation layout on site of the plot of 400 to 600 square yards

4.   Rs.3,999 fee for giving foundation layout on site of the plot of 600 to 800 square yards

5.   Rs.4,999 fee for giving foundation layout on site of the plot of 800 to 100 square yards

Price Chart of Existing Property Measurement

मौजूदा संपत्ति मापन का मूल्य चार्ट

     The work of preparing the plan of any existing house, mansion, or fort building in the auto

     cad file will be payable at the rate of one rupee per square foot. In this, the fee can also be

     reduced according to the site visit. And in this, if the property is outside Ajmer, the fee can

     also be increased according to the work.

      ऑटो कैड फाइल में किसी मौजूदा मकान, हवेली या किला भवन की योजना तैयार करने का कार्य एक रुपये प्रति वर्ग

     फुट की दर से देय होगा। इसमें साइट विजिट के हिसाब से फीस भी कम की जा सकती है। और इसमें अगर संपत्ति

     अजमेर के बाहर है तो काम के हिसाब से फीस बढ़ाई भी जा सकती है।

Other's Terms & Condition (अन्य नियम और शर्तें )

1.   Apart from these, the fee for whatever other work is there will be payable according to the

      work.

      इनके अलावा अन्य जो भी कार्य है उसका शुल्क कार्य के अनुसार देय होगा।

2.   Charges for site plan or covered area measurement will be payable in advance. Apart from

  this, in the case of all other works, 50 percent amount will be taken before starting the

  work. And 50 percent amount will be taken before giving the work.

  साइट प्लान या कवर्ड एरिया मापन के लिए शुल्क अग्रिम रूप से देय होगा। इसके अलावा अन्य सभी कार्यों के मामले

  में कार्य शुरू करने से पहले 50 प्रतिशत राशि ली जाएगी। और काम देने से पहले 50 प्रतिशत राशि ली जाएगी।
