接收到您發送的委託資訊後，將於三日內與委託人聯繫接洽。

Once I receive the commission details, I will contact the client within three days to discuss the project. 

委託開始前，委託方須先告知是否有印刷、或是其他商用行為的使用。

Before commencing the commission, the client must inform me whether the artwork will be used for printing or any other commercial purposes. 

確認委託人的截稿時間安排排程，於完成成稿時，與委託者確認圖紙內容完後，收取剩餘的80%尾款，確認入款後會截圖入帳訊息給予委託人備查，並發送含圖檔之電子信件給予委託人。

I will confirm the client's deadline and, upon completion of the artwork, will send the final draft for review. After confirming the content, the remaining 80% of the payment will be collected. Upon receiving the full payment, I will send a screenshot of the transaction for the client's reference and deliver the artwork via email. 

雙方確認委託報價後，需支付總金額的 20% 作為定金，支付後即進入排程中。 （無論任何原因取消委託，已支付的 20% 定金將不予退還，請在委託前慎重考慮。 ）

Once the commission price is agreed upon, a 20% deposit of the total cost is required to secure the project. The project will be scheduled after the deposit is received. (Please note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Kindly consider this before proceeding with the commission.) 

如有簽約需求，請由委託方提出合約內容。若無簽訂合約，所有規則依網站頁面內容為準。 

If a contract is necessary, the client should present the terms for review. If no contract is signed, all terms will follow the website’s outlined policies. 

人物：目前僅繪製女體。

Character Design: Currently, I only create illustrations featuring female characters. 

僅承接我個人可承接的繪圖範圍，無法承接的範圍，會在看到訊息內的第一時間回覆給委託人。

委託人有委託完成品(成稿)，但不會有原始檔(CLIP檔案)，創作者我本人有此次委託作品的著作權、原始檔。

提供的成稿為PNG圖檔，若有需要低解析輸出版本的，則會提供JPG圖檔給您。

委託作品發表於X(原推特)、PIXIV、IG、平台上會加上浮水印後公開發布，會先向委託者確認是否可以公開；若為社群會員使用專屬的畫作，則需要提前告知。 

I only accept commissions within my personal scope of work. If the requested commission falls outside my abilities, I will inform the client as soon as I review the request.

The client will receive the finished artwork (final version) but will not receive the original files (CLIP files). I, as the creator, hold the copyright and ownership of the original files for the commissioned work.

The completed artwork will be delivered in PNG format. If a lower-resolution version is required, a JPG file will be provided instead. 

Commissioned works will be posted on X (formerly Twitter), PIXIV, IG, and other platforms with a watermark. I will confirm with the client beforehand whether the artwork can be made public. If the artwork is intended for exclusive use by community members, please notify me in advance. 

每日更新進度皆會以推特或電子信件，圖紙進度訊息附上當日進度圖回覆給予委託人。(若進度較少，則會隔日一起回報)

Daily progress updates will be sent to the client through Twitter or email, with the progress image attached. If there is limited progress, updates will be provided the next day with a combined report. 

付款方式：接受台灣境內銀行轉帳(私人)，海外可接受PAYPAL匯款，公司請提供勞務報酬單。

匯款時若可以的話，請幫我註明備註何年何月何日，以及當時委託的費用。

收到入款通知時，會給匯款的委託者，這邊收到的入款通知備查確認。(20%及80%的入帳通知皆會截圖給您備查)

海外匯款需+5%手續費。

I accept PayPal payments for international commissions.

A 5% transaction fee will apply to overseas payments.

3. （委託金額皆會視圖內人物、物件之類的，視狀況微調金額。）

4. （提供每日進度上，希望進入線稿或上色階段內前約一、兩張，若有需要調整的地方，請以文字或圖片輔助，提供所有希望改進的地方，避免後續持續修正上的耽誤截稿日期。）

5. （若有印刷，如無框畫類型的，需要圖紙外加框的，請在委託最初的時候先行告知需求。）

6. （城市大樓景觀，不太是我的專長，所以這方面的背景，可能不會接洽。）

7. （不承接急件委託。）

2. (The base price is specified on the inner page, but there is room for adjustment upon inquiry.)

3. (The commission fee may be adjusted based on the complexity of the characters, objects, and other elements in the artwork.)

4. (I provide daily progress updates. Ideally, I will send one or two updates before moving to the line art or coloring stage. If any changes are necessary, please provide all required adjustments through text or images to avoid delays in the completion timeline.)

5. (If the artwork is intended for printing, such as framed artwork, please inform me of any framing requirements at the beginning of the commission.)

6. (Urban and building backgrounds are not my area of expertise, so I may not accept commissions involving such backgrounds.)

☆當您確認完稿並完成尾款支付後，代表您已確認本次作品無需再修改，委託亦正式結案，之後將無法退款，敬請見諒。

☆Once the final draft is approved and the remaining payment is completed, the commission will be considered finalized and no refunds will be issued thereafter. Thank you for your understanding.

未經過詢問，請勿將原始圖檔(二次加工、改色)，不得將圖檔轉售高過原本委託價位。

The original artwork files may not be modified (e.g., re-edited, recolored) or resold at a price higher than the original commission price without prior consent.

(If the client adds text to the artwork independently, this restriction will not apply.)
