Getting started with Omega Math Services is simple and flexible. Whether you need math tutoring, PSAT/SAT/ACT prep, or ASVAB support, scheduling takes just a few minutes.

1. Submit the Online Request Form

Tell us your preferred days, times, and the type of tutoring you need. This helps us match you with the best available session.   online request form

2. Receive Your Confirmation Message

Once your request is reviewed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or text with your session details.

3. Choose Your Location

Select the learning environment that works best for you:

➕in‑person options (Cedar Hill Library or school classroom) ➕online tutoring (Zoom)

4. Attend Your Session

Bring your materials — or log in online — and your tutor will guide you through a personalized lesson.

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life gets busy — school events, sports, work, and family responsibilities can all shift unexpectedly. Our rescheduling policy is designed to be flexible while still keeping sessions consistent and productive. If you know you need to change your session time, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us keep the schedule running smoothly. Life happens. If you need to adjust your appointment, just send a quick message.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
