Omar P. Carnevale

I am a third-year PhD student in Economics at Queen Mary University of London. 

My research focuses on macroeconomics and applied time-series econometrics, with a particular interest in understanding business-cycle dynamics and their interaction with long-term economic trends.

I am supervised by Haroon Mumtaz and Andrea Carriero.

I previously worked at the European Central Bank (2021–2023) and at SPX Capital during Summer 2024.
