This Policy is subject to and made a part of the “Wind money-credit loan ” Mobile App Terms of Use (“Terms”), which are incorporated into this Policy by reference.
Thank you for using the “Wind money-credit loan ” mobile app (the “App”). The App is committed to protecting the privacy of our users’ (“users” or “you”) personally identifiable information (“Personal Info”, “Personal Information”, or “PII”). We provide this Privacy Policy to explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is used by us in the App. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your Personal Information, as well as your rights in determining what we do with the information that we collect or hold about you in the App. You agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, when you access or use the App; and/or (b) Partner with the App to provide its products or services(“Services”) in the App. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy in its entirety, you are not authorized to register and/or use the App in any manner or form whatsoever.
The App is intended for adult use only, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from a minor. If you learn that a child has, in violation of this Policy, provided their Personal Information, please report it to us for deletion. In the event that we learn that a child has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete it. Please see section 10, “Children,” for more info.

Your SMS data will be encrypted and transmitted to https://www.omansika.online. After analysis, we will permanently delete the SMS data. We will not share your SMS data with any third party.
For the collection of your SMS data, it will only be read after you authorize us to obtain the 'READ_SMS' permission in your device. Wind money-credit loan will not read and collect your SMS data when the app is closed or not in use.

Wind money-credit loan require phone state access so that we can ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf to prevent frauds. we will collects and monitors specific information about your device including your hardware model, build model, RAM, storage; unique device identifiers like IMEI, serial number, SSAID; SIM information that includes network operator, line1Number, roaming state, MNC and MCC codes, WIFI information that includes MAC address and mobile network information to uniquely identify the devices. This also helps us in enriching your credit profile and assessing your credit worthiness.

To Assess and Accept Franchisees, Customers, or Vendors. This includes verifying the identity and credit status of some franchisees, customers, or vendors, conducting due diligence, and screening against publicly available government and/or sanctions lists and other third-party data sources, the use of and participating in the Company’s incident registers, and sector warning systems and/or third-party verification services. Collecting this Personal Information may involve a reference agency or other third parties.
To Improve the Features, Products, and Services That We Offer Through the App. We may use Personal Information to improve our product offerings and services, as well as the App and its features.

We disclose Personal Information when we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process (including an enforceable request from authorities), to respond to claims, enforce or apply our TERMS OF USE, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the App’s users, employees, or others.
With Your Consent or at Your Direction. We disclose Personal Information such as profile data and communications data to third parties when we have your consent or direction to do so.
Aggregated, Anonymized or De-identified Data. We may also disclose aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. The App processes, maintains, and uses this data only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify such data, except as permitted by law.
Business and Research Partners. We may partner with other companies and public or private organizations to provide you with products, content, or Services on a joint or “co-branded” basis in the App. You should be aware that, in such cases, in addition to this Privacy Policy, the relevant partner’s privacy policy may also apply, and, in limited cases, there may be a shared privacy policy.
5. COOKIES, OTHER TRACKING DEVICES, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
A cookie is a small piece of data sent from the App and stored on a user’s device while the user is using the App (“Cookie”). Every time the user loads the App, the browser sends the Cookie back to the server to notify the App of the user’s previous activity. Web beacons (also known as image tags, gifs, or web bugs) are small pieces of code used to collect advertising data, such as counting page views, promotion views, or advertising responses (“Web Beacons”). We also utilize pixels in connection with our email communications and in connection with the App. The App’s web servers automatically collect and may use your Cookies, Web Beacons, pixels, and other similar tracking technologies (collectively “Tracking Technologies”) to collect information as you use the App. We use Tracking Technologies, web server log files and tracking code, and information we receive through the use of these Tracking Technologies to analyze trends, administer the App, track users’ usage, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Information of this type may be combined with other sources of information for these purposes.
Some of these Tracking Technologies may be placed by third-party service providers to help determine the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns or email communications. These Tracking Technologies may be used by these service providers to place a persistent Cookie on your device. Doing this allows the service provider to recognize your device each time you visit certain pages or emails and compile anonymous information in relation to those page views. The use of Tracking Technologies by third-party service providers is within their control and not ours. When it comes to your data, we’re committed to providing you with choices and controls. We offer all individuals, regardless of residency, certain privacy choices that you can manage about how we contact you and how we use or share your information. Additionally, you have choices about how certain third parties and advertisers use your information, including how we use and share your information for advertising and marketing purposes.
7.Right to Non-Discrimination.
Applicable law prohibits unreasonable adverse treatment or retaliation of individuals for exercising their rights.
8. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you with products and Services in the App, and to comply with our accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your Personal Information will be destroyed or permanently deleted as required by applicable law.
9. SECURITY
The App uses reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your information. Unfortunately, no transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security or confidentiality of any Personal Information you transmit to us.
10. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect, use, share, or sell the Personal Information of individuals under the age of 18 and the App is not directed to individuals under 18. If you become aware that an individual under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us through the methods provided in the, “CONTACT US,” section below or by visiting our “Contact Us” form. If we are made aware that we have collected Personal Information from an individual under the age of 18, we will delete this information as soon as practicable.
11. OTHER APPS AND WEBSITES
The App may contain links to third-party apps/websites that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such apps/websites, including their practices with respect to your data. We have no responsibility or liability for such practices, and the app/website owner’s privacy policy governs your use of those apps/websites. Please check these policies before you submit any Personal Data to their apps/websites. Please contact those apps/websites directly if you have any questions about their privacy policies.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time and for any reason. Changes to this Policy shall be effective when posted to the App. In case of any material change to the Policy, we will notify you by providing a prominent notice in the App or by using the contact information you have on file with us.
