It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Courtney L. D'Agata. Courtney was born on June 27, 1976 and passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the age of 42. Courtney was a resident of Nebraska at the time of passing.
In 2006 Courtney was diagnosed with Brain Cancer. She underwent brain surgery, chemo, and radiation. She was cancer free until March 2017 when her annual MRI showed the cancer had returned. Surgery this time was not an option but she did receive chemo and radiation. The chemo and radiation proved unsuccessful this time. She was given the opportunity to participate in a drug trial for cancer patents in Maryland at NIH. After 9 months (January 2019) she asked for a brain biopsy to determine if the trial was working….sadly, it wasn’t. Courtney returned home to face the reality there was nothing more that could be done for her. She was moved to hospice in mid-February and passed away on February 27th.

On March 26, 2024, Danielle passed away unexpectedly at the age of 47. Danielle was a beautiful soul who loved life, her pets and most importantly, her family.
