I’ve been immersed in training for over 7 years—not just in the gym, but in real performance environments where preparation actually matters.
I started my journey in 2016 with my first gym membership, and in 2019 I signed up for my first boxing fight with zero experience and just 12 weeks to prepare. Since then, I’ve competed in 6 boxing bouts, trained in MMA, currently train Jiu Jitsu, and completed the London Marathon.
That experience shaped how I coach.
