Prior to my work at the California University of Science and Medicine, I served in various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Institutional Research, and Assessment Analyst for California Southern University online degree programs institution.—I served as Assessment manager for the Western University of Health Science, Pomona, California, oversaw all the assessment processing, and created assessment templates for measuring students’ progress for College of Osteopathic which aligned with WASC and COCA standards I also served as a Legislative Analyst for the California Southern University, Costa Mesa, California.
From 2018-2019, I was a member of the assessment committee and WASC self-study for California Southern University, Costa Mesa, California, and from 2020-2022, I served as a member of the admission committee, curriculum committee, COCA self-study, preclinical subcommittee, faculty development committee, member of the institute of medical educators (IMED), Assessment committee, Sub-outcomes committee, and COMP awards committee for Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, California.
From 2020 to the present, I have been serving as a WASC Evaluator officer (WASC Peer) and a professional on the BPPE school performance fact sheet and compliance process.
