Valuable Leader, Economist (Data Scientist), Political Scientist, and Academia. Graduated from Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti with a National Diploma in Banking and Finance (ND) and a Diploma in Software and Hardware Engineering in Nigeria. A.S. degree in Economics and Political Science at Vincennes University, Indiana. B.S. degree in Economics at the University of Southern Indiana, an MA in Economics at California State University, Los Angeles,  an MA in Political Science at California State University, Fullerton, and a PhD in Political Science (In Progress) at Claremont Graduate University, Claremont.

Prior to my work at the California University of Science and Medicine, I served in various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Institutional Research, and Assessment Analyst for California Southern University online degree programs institution.—I served as Assessment manager for the Western University of Health Science, Pomona, California, oversaw all the assessment processing, and created assessment templates for measuring students’ progress for College of Osteopathic which aligned with WASC and COCA standards I also served as a Legislative Analyst for the California Southern University, Costa Mesa, California.

From 2018-2019, I was a member of the assessment committee and WASC self-study for California Southern University, Costa Mesa, California, and from 2020-2022, I served as a member of the admission committee, curriculum committee, COCA self-study, preclinical subcommittee, faculty development committee, member of the institute of medical educators (IMED), Assessment committee, Sub-outcomes committee, and COMP awards committee for Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, California.

From 2020 to the present, I have served as a WASC Evaluator officer (WASC Peer) and as a professional on the BPPE school performance fact sheet and compliance process.

My Research Interests are interdisciplinary and centered on the intersection of economics, political science, international relations, history, education, and public policy. My research agenda is particularly focused on understanding how institutions, incentives, political structures, human behavior, and historical processes shape economic outcomes, national security, and long-term development.

Primary Research Areas

1. Education, Economics, and Health Economics
   Investigating the economic determinants and consequences of education and health outcomes, including human capital formation, access to education and healthcare, resource allocation, inequality, productivity, and the role of public policy in improving social and economic well-being.

2. Sovereignty Studies and Nuclear Security
   Examining the strategic, political, and economic dimensions of state sovereignty, nuclear deterrence, nuclear security, and the role of nuclear capabilities in contemporary international relations. Particular interests include the relationship between nuclear weapons, national security, state autonomy, deterrence theory, and the international security system.

3. Political Theory
   Exploring foundational and contemporary theories of political authority, sovereignty, legitimacy, justice, liberty, power, governance, and the relationship between the state and society.

4. International Relations
   Studying international power structures, interstate relations, strategic competition, diplomacy, security, international institutions, foreign policy, and the political and economic interactions among states.

5. Economic Development
   Researching the determinants of economic growth and development, particularly the roles of institutions, governance, foreign direct investment, human capital, trade, technological advancement, inequality, and public policy in developing and emerging economies.

6. Political Economy
   Examining the reciprocal relationship between political institutions and economic outcomes, including how political incentives, governance structures, institutions, and public policies influence economic development, resource distribution, and societal welfare.

7. Behavioral Economics
   Investigating how psychological, social, and cognitive factors influence economic decision-making and how actual human behavior may differ from traditional assumptions of rational choice.

8. Economic History
   Analyzing historical economic institutions, markets, policies, crises, technological transformations, and patterns of development to understand how historical processes continue to influence contemporary economic and political outcomes.

9. Econometrics and Quantitative Economic Analysis
   Applying advanced econometric methods to investigate causal relationships and empirically evaluate economic, political, and social phenomena. Areas of interest include panel data analysis, fixed-effects and random-effects models, time series analysis, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and quantitative policy evaluation.

10. European History
    Examining the political, economic, institutional, and social development of Europe and the historical processes that have shaped contemporary European states, institutions, international relations, and economic systems.

11. Game Theory and Strategic Decision-Making
    Applying game-theoretic frameworks to analyze strategic interactions among individuals, firms, governments, and states, with particular interest in international security, political decision-making, bargaining, cooperation, conflict, and deterrence.

12. Labor Economics
    Studying labor-market institutions and outcomes, including employment, wages, human capital, productivity, labor mobility, education and earnings, workforce participation, inequality, and the effects of public policy on workers and employers.

Integrated Research Agenda

Collectively, these interests reflect a broader research agenda focused on how economic incentives, political institutions, human behavior, historical development, and strategic interactions influence national and international outcomes. My interdisciplinary approach combines economic theory, political theory, historical analysis, international relations, game theory, and rigorous econometric methods to investigate contemporary challenges in economic development, governance, education, labor markets, public policy, sovereignty, and international security.

A particular emphasis of my research is on developing empirically grounded and theoretically informed analyses that connect economic and political institutions with questions of national development, state sovereignty, security, and human welfare.
