I have authored two books and written several articles on themes across Learning Agility, Leadership Agility, Growth Mindset, Developing Resilience, Digital Agility, Building Creativity and Innovation Culture, HR, Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Productivity and Quality Service Delivery.
I also have written several papers published in notable professional journals. SME, HR and the Agile Imperative – A COVID-19 Perspective is featured in CIPM Journal 2021.

I have also held multiple editorial roles including editor at Women PowerUp Network where I functioned on a team that serves a global community of professionals with members drawn from across Africa, Europe, North America and Asia.
