It was so cool to see a lot of you over the summer - and we hope to see you again! Remember, bring a snack, bring a friend, OLPHYG is open to everyone ages 13-17, or grades 8-12th. If it's your first time, bring a permission slip so we have your emergency contact on file.
We'll be in Alumni Hall, hanging out with some games, catching up with those returning, and meeting the new youth while spending some time in a faith centered atmosphere. Yes, we'll pray! But if you are bringing a friend/family member who isn't religious, know that we respect their space and invite them into their own quiet reflection while we pray.
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY! Meet in Alumni Hall at 3:30p to group up and set out on the neighborhood to tidy up after Daly City's Top of the Hill Festival. We'll be picking up litter around the church and surrounding neighborhood streets until 5:30p. If it's your first time, bring a permission slip so we have your emergency contact on file. All students are required to stay with their chaperone and spots are available on a first come first serve basis. No youth will be allowed to join after 3:40p unless their parent/guardian stays with them.
After, join us for our 6pm YYA mass! Your parent/guardians can pick you up from the school by 5:40p or at the church by 7:15p. Remember, bring a snack and bring a friend - anyone ages 13-17 are welcome at our events!
IMPORTANT: Confirmation candidates get service hours for this event. Yes! Teacher Mae can sign off on service hours, but students need to remember to bring their own form 👍
