The organizational chart of the school publication, The Pillarican Herald, is headed by Editor-in-Chief Nathalie Kate D. Quilang, supported by Associate Editors-in-Chief Criza Louise P. Tambalo and Eliza Reign M. Aliapitan, with Trishia Mae G. Mendoza as the Managing Editor. The team is composed of various editors and creatives: Mickle Aldrich F. Daran (Senior News Editor), Gwen Gabrielle R. Andal (Senior Opinion Editor), Princess Ann C. Villanueva (Junior Opinion Editor), Glycelle Unice G. Dullon (Feature Editor), Mariel W. Tabile (Sci-Tech Editor), Eliza Reign M. Aliapitan (Sports Editor), Welty Ann C. Rafanan (Chief Editorial Cartoonist), Tattiana Keiran A. Abara and Lariza Faye P. Galut (Chief Photojournalists), and layout artists Mark John O. Mendoza, Xyrian Dinar M. Pilar, and Stanford G. Padron. The organization is under the guidance of Faculty Adviser  Sir Raymus A. Sta. Cruz, MaEd., ensuring both creativity and journalistic integrity in their publication efforts.
