Reminders
All team members, residents, and students must receive the flu vaccine or approval of an exemption by December 31, 2023, to be in compliance of the FMOLHS flu vaccination policy. Those with an exemption or not vaccinated by December 1, 2023, must wear a mask in all FMOLHS facilities at all times until March 31, 2024, or until they receive the vaccine.
Flu vaccines are available for free through OLOL Employee Health.
If you receive the vaccine externally, send proof to Academics@fmolhs.org and visit OLOL Employee Health to receive a badge tag.

If you get a new cell phone at any time during your rotation, you’ll need to re-enroll your Imprivata ID number. Please stop by Academic Affairs to complete this process. Remember to bring your cell phone and driver’s license (LA Wallet is acceptable).
