The bride & groom chose a personalized German Menu: Organic Bavarian Sausage & Porchetta (Stuffed Roasted Porkloin), Rotkohl (Purple Cabbage), Kartoffelsalat (Potato Salad), Gurkensalat (Cucumber Salad). The Vegan option requested "something with acorn squash", our chefs delivered a grilled stuffed acorn with portobella mushroom & peppers risotto.
