CHURCH AND DOWNSTAIRS HALL AIR CONDITIONING UPDATE:
Summer is here and so is the heat in our Church and Hall. The Church Air Conditioning system is currently operating at 50% capacity. On extremely hot days it can only drop the inside temperature between 77 and 80 degrees. Dress accordingly for the remainder of this Summer! The Downstairs Hall Air Conditioning unit has been inoperable for about a year.
There is good news moving forward. Last week, the Diocese granted approval to replace the Church and Downstairs Hall Air Conditioning AND Heating with a new and more efficient system.
We will provide more information and timing as the project moves forward this Fall.
AS OF THURSDAY, MAY 16th THE CHURCH ELEVATOR IS OPERATIONAL!!!!

NATIONAL EUCHARISTIC REVIVAL
The National Eucharistic Revival launched in 2023 on the Solemnity of
the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, or commonly known as
Corpus Christi. The mission is to "renew" the Church by enkindling a
living relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in the Eucharist.
This is a 3-year initiative that aims to inspire, educate, and unite we
Catholics. According to Pew Research Center, only 31% of Catholics
even believe in the True Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. It is
believed that our going thru this 3-year journey we will be reinvigorated
in our faith. Christ invites us to return to the source and summit of our
faith - his Real Presence in the Holy Eucharist.
The movement includes a Year of Parish Revival, a National Eucharistic
Congress in 2024 (Indianapolis, Indiana, July 17-21, 2024), and the
National Year of Mission.
