Terms of Service

Please read through these terms of service prior to purchasing a commission from me, so you know what to expect when you do! By commissioning me you are agreeing to the TOS.

General:

• All prices listed are in "£" British pound sterling (GBP).

• In order to commission me, please either provide a visual reference or detailed description of the character(s) you want me to draw. This may include:

  • • A character reference sheet or your own drawings, if the character is yours.

    • Screenshots or concept art of the character, from the piece of media they originate from.

    • A detailed or semi-detailed written description of the character, potentially including reference or inspiration images/moodboards.

• Note that I retain the right to refuse any commission request made to me.

• The time taken to complete the piece may vary, but should take no longer than a month unless otherwise stated.

• No high-quality/un-watermarked versions of the piece will be sent to the client until payment is received.

Payment:

• Payment will be made through PayPal or by sending payment through my Ko-fi account.

• Payment must be sent after the initial sketch is approved, or upfront. 

• For custom commissions, pricing will vary depending on the piece's complexity.

• Once a piece has been finished or substantially developed no refunds can be given, however, if the piece has not been started yet or is in the sketch phase then it can be refunded.

Use:

• My work is for personal and private use and should not be used for commercial purposes unless contracted otherwise. This includes being sold as prints, t-shirts, etc. You may use my work for your social media accounts, including Twitch and YouTube, as long as I am credited.
