I joined Baruch College - City University of New York (CUNY) as a PhD student in Augest 2023.

My research sits at the intersection of corporate disclosure, innovation, and information processing, with a particular focus on the biopharmaceutical industry. I study how firms strategically produce and communicate information to capital markets and other stakeholders, especially in settings where disclosure can shape real economic decisions. Leveraging novel datasets from clinical trials, managerial guidance, and corporate communications, I examine how firms determine the timing, scope, and content of disclosure; how investors, regulators, and other stakeholders process and respond to that information; and how these information flows ultimately influence firms’ strategic decision-making and innovation outcomes.
