I joined Baruch College - City University of New York (CUNY) as a PhD student in Augest 2023.

My research sits at the intersection of corporate disclosure, innovation, and information processing. I study how firms strategically communicate information to capital markets and other stakeholders, particularly in settings where disclosure affects real economic outcomes. By leveraging novel datasets from clinical trials, managerial guidance, and corporate communications, I examine how firms shape the timing, scope, and content of disclosure, and how these choices influence investors, regulators, and innovation outcomes.
