Cancelation Policy:
If a client cancels the day of their appointment, the client will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up and therefore is a no-show then they will be charged the total cost of the service scheduled.
Late-show policy: If a client is 15 minutes late, they will have to reschedule and pay the full price of service scheduled.
Consistent cancelation, no-show, and late-shows: If a client cancels last minute, is a no-show, or is a late-show to 3 appointments, Olivia's will no longer accept said client.
Cards will be kept on file with consent of client. This information will be collected at your first appointment. If client does not consent to having their card on file, they will not be able to make another appointment with Olivia's.
