Past Learning
For elementary school I went to PS 276 and for middle school I went to IS 276. While there I was head of our Technical theater club, a member of Art by Design which allowed students to present works of art surrounding social issues at the New York Historical Society. I also played junior varsity and varsity girls basketball.
Current Learning
I am now a senior at the New York Harbor School. I have taken both AP English Language and AP Environmental Science in my junior year and am taking AP English Literature and Composition and AP Calculus AB. I am a member of Knitting Club and Sustainability Club. I work in communications for Harbor SEALs, I am vice president in both Student Council and Future Farmers of America and I work as an Intern for my schools library. I am recognized as a member of National Honor Society and give tours to possible future students and help at freshman orientation over the summer.
Future Learning
I was accepted into Ithaca College, Rochester Institute of Technology, Stony Brook University, SUNY University at Buffalo, University of Connecticut, University of Delaware, University of Massachusetts at Amherst, University of Rhode Island and University of Vermont but I am currently deciding between the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the University of Delaware where I plan to study sustainable agriculture and food systems.
