Allen Island

I had the privilege of being selected as an Allen Island Research Fellow for the summer of 2025. This enabled me to spend my summer exploring my connection to Allen and Benner islands with 8x10 photography. My time was split between supporting island programming, maintaining the islands, and developing my practice with an 8x10 camera. I prompted the first student exhibit in the island's sail loft (a historical building converted to gallery space for displaying Jamie Wyeths' paintings) with an opening for the Colby community in September 2025, to share my work with the island.
