Most rentals will include coffee, tea and a selection of breakfast foods available in the kitchen for guests to prepare as they like. Both homes come with a number of amenities, appliances and kitchen utensils.

Kitchens have full dish sets, cutlery, basic cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, toasters, coffee machine, air fryers and other small appliances. Guests have access to a washer and dryer.

Rooms have clean, fresh bedding, new beds, desk, closet, robes, and most rooms have a smart TV and/or cable. 

Bathrooms have modern fixtures, towels and a small assortment of bathroom toiletries.
