1.Do you provide service to your products?
Ans. Yes, We have a servicing facility and we provide repair services to all our products, except some scenarios, where a product gets damaged so much that it cannot be repaired back to its original form again
2. What if my Product is damaged heavily?
Ans. Well, If the product is still under the warranty period and if the damages caused comes under the warranty covering clauses by the manufacturer, then we will stand with the customer and do the necessary process to get the product repaired or replaced.
3. What is the warranty period for your products?
Ans. We deal with so many products and each product carries different warranty clause given by its manufacturers. The general warranty period for all our products will be 12 months from the date of our invoice.
4. Do I get the original spare parts for my products?
Ans. Of course yes. All our products are branded and have all the spare parts are available in India.
