At Olive Hill, our greatest strength lies in the people who bring our community to life. With a positive "can-do" attitude, our volunteers, citizens, and business owners work together to ensure ongoing progress and a shared vision for the future.
Our small-town warmth complements the many activities, entertainment options, and adventures we offer. Olive Hill's natural trails are spectacular attractions for hikers, cyclists, horseback riders, and water adventurers alike. These breathtaking routes cascade through the foothills of the Appalachian region, offering unforgettable experiences for all who visit.
Olive Hill Trail Town was established by the Olive Hill Council for Planning and Restoration after the 2010 floods. With a focus on tapping into our incredible natural resources, we aim to attract trail users, meet the recreational needs of local residents, and support local businesses. Our welcoming and family-friendly environment reflects our hospitality and commitment to our community.
We take pride in maintaining our trails to ensure safety, ease of navigation, and accessibility. Visitors can find valuable information about the area, including local businesses, making exploration even more enjoyable.
We invite nature lovers and adventure seekers to immerse themselves in our community, where every corner offers a memorable experience. If you’d like to learn more or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!
