OLGA STODDARD

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Brigham Young University, Research Fellow at IZA - Institute of Labor Economics and a Faculty Affiliate with J-PAL and LEO. My research focuses on understanding gender and racial disparities in the labor market and evaluating the effectiveness of various interventions to improve outcomes for women and minorities.

I am also a Research Director at Science of Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, Co-Director of the BYU Gender & Civic Engagement Lab and Associate Editor at Economic Inquiry.
