OLGA STODDARD

I am an Associate Professor of Economics at Brigham Young University, Research Associate at NBER, Research Fellow at IZA - Institute of Labor Economics and a Faculty Affiliate with J-PAL and LEO and GLO. My research focuses on understanding gender and racial disparities in the labor market and evaluating the effectiveness of various interventions to improve outcomes for women and minorities.

I am also a Co-Director of the BYU Gender & Civic Engagement Lab and Associate Editor at Economic Inquiry.
