I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Brigham Young University and Research Fellow at IZA - Institute of Labor Economics. My research focuses on understanding gender and racial disparities in the labor market and testing the effectiveness of various interventions to improve outcomes for women and minorities.

I am also a Research Director at Science of Diversity and Inclusion Initiative and Co-Director of the BYU Gender & Civic Engagement Lab.

I co-organize a bi-weekly online Seminar on the Economics of Discrimination & Disparities with Barbara Biasi and Peter Blair that is open to all researchers. You can see the current schedule and sign up to be added to the email list here.
